Convex E

The ConveX E convection module combines is an electric heating element with a circulation fan system. Thanks to its unique design that makes the module retrofittable to every existing gas-fired lehr, enabling the lehr to be operated as ‘HYBRID’ by using either electric or gas according to the clients preference. (Plug & Play conversion to Hybrid version) The electric heating element is controlled by thyristors, which automatically adjust the heating output to match the required heat demand. ConveX E is being supplied with a connected load of 85 kW, although the maximum heating output can be adjusted to suit the capacity of your electricity supply and required heating value in the lehr. 
By using ConveX E convection module, you can operate the lehr without CO₂ and other emissions – in other words, it fulfils your ‘green manufacturing’ policy.
