The Blast Cooling Fan Racks are positioned after Lehr tunnel, on the open discharge table, either before or after Cold-End Coating system. The Fan Racks are used for post cooling of the articles, as soon as they exit the Lehr.
Our scope includes the mechanical steel support across the lehr belt width, as well as the individual number of electric driven fans according to the requirements.
The Fan Rack is connected to the lehr main control panel and might be upgraded (as per request) with frequency inverter to control the fans speeds. With such extra option, the fan speeds could be controlled by information received from Cold-End Coating System program to make sure that arriving bottles under the coating bridge have the most suitable temperature to get coating material on their external surface.
